Chania – Almirida
Driving on the national road of Chania – Rethimnon, about five minutes after the junction to Kalami village, turn right at the exit to Kalyves (about 30 minutes by car from Chania or 10 minutes from Souda port). Immediately after exiting the national road, turn left towards Kalyves (under the bridge). Follow the signs to Almirida and you will reach your destination in about 5 minutes (5 km from Kalives). Follow the signs for Almyrida (about five minutes). If you have taken a bus – KTEL, inform the driver to make a stop at “Kalyves”. Coming from Eastern Crete (Heraklion to Chania for example) turn right at the exit to Kalives after Agios Raphael church (30 km from Rethimnon) and then follow the signs to Almirida (about in 5 minutes). Follow the signs for Almyrida (about five minutes). If you have taken a bus – KTEL, inform the driver to make a stop at “Kalyves”. The ELENA apartments are located on the main coastal road of the village just before the big square. About in 200 meters after you enter the village, you will find Dimitris Tavern. Turn right on our private road and park in our private parking lot.

You can park your car in our private parking area within the property.
As we do not have a reception desk, you will use a lock box for your self check-in. You will need to collect your key from a wall-mounted lock box with a 4-digit code.
For Apartments No. 1, 2, 3 and 4, you will find the key box on the ground floor, to the left of the stairs, in the building located at the back of the property.
Apartments No. 5, No. 6 and No. 7 are located on the first floor, above the rent-a-car office and Dimitris Taverna. The staircase leading to the apartments is located on the left side of the rent-a-car office. The lock boxes for these apartments (5-6-7) are located next to the entrance door of each apartment.
Please place the power activation card into the slot next to the apartment entrance door in order to have electricity. For safety reasons, please do not forget to remove the plastic power activation card from the wall socket when leaving the apartment.
