Stylish, spacious and thoughtfully designed, Luxury Studio No. 3 offers a private retreat in the heart of Almyrida, just a few steps from the sea.
The studio was fully renovated in 2023 and further upgraded in 2026, with a refreshed bathroom and outdoor area, as well as new beds and a new sofa bed. Contemporary design, quality materials and the personal care of Elena and Nikos create an inviting space dedicated to the comfort and enjoyment of every guest.

Cancellation & Prepayment Policy

The guest has to prepay the total cost of the reservation in case the reservation is made via BOOK NOW button. You can pay with debit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay. Your reservation is automatically confirmed after the payment. If you prefer another way please contact us via email: reservations@elena-almirida.gr or via WhatsApp on phone number 00306974803325.

• Non-Refundable price: In case of cancellation the prepayment is not refunded.

• Refundable price: The guest can cancel free of charge until 42 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 100% of the total price if they cancel in the 42 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation. In case of refund of advance payment, bank charges will be charged to the guest.
